These terms are an agreement between you and [Company name] ("we", "us") for your use of the Yubyub app and yubyub.app. By using Yubyub you agree to them.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 to use Yubyub.
- Keep your sign-in email secure. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- Your handle must not impersonate someone else or be offensive. We may reclaim a handle that breaks these rules.
Being a good friend
Don't use Yubyub to harass, stalk or threaten anyone, to share content you don't have the right to share, or to break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You own the photos, letters and other content you add. You give us permission to store and display it to the people you choose to share it with, only so we can run Yubyub.
Yubits and purchases
- Yubits are in-app coins. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and can't be transferred outside the app except where the app lets you send them to friends.
- Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds are handled by them.
- Anything you can buy with money can also be earned in the app.
The beta
Beta versions on TestFlight may have bugs, and features or data may change or be reset before launch. Please send feedback to support@yubyub.app.
Schedules and times
Yubyub shows free times based on the calendars and rosters you and your friends provide. Please double-check important times, such as flights and pick-ups, with the original source.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Me → Settings → Account. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms.
Liability
Yubyub is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for missed plans caused by inaccurate schedule data.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app first. These terms are governed by the laws of [Country]. Questions: support@yubyub.app
